About

The Performance Project is an Austin Texas based training program for experienced distance runners who are looking to take their running to the next level, and who want the optimal preparation for their next race. The program sets up a team based environment for Austin runners looking to improve their performance and is coached by:

  • Carmen Troncoso, former World 8k Masters Title Holder
  • Karen Smith, finisher of over 23 marathons and running biomechanics instructor
  • Ruth England, co-founder of Rogue Running and full-time coach and curriculum director for Rogue Running
  • Steve Sisson, University of Texas Women’s Assistant Coach, and founder of Rogue Running
